Highlight of the Week:

The BBC celebrates 40 years of its radio comedy writers' bursary this year, and with exciting/sad news, our very own creative comedy genius, Catherine Brinkworth (pictured on the left), is one of this year’s recipients! Catherine will be working across a whole range of BBC radio comedy shows, as well as shows she’s previously contributed to in the past, such as Newsjack and The News Quiz.

Previous bursary winners include Stewart Lee and Richard Herring, Steve Punt, Angus Deayton and John-Luke Robert.

We will of course be sad to see our Brinky leave, but more than anything, we wish her the best and a huge success on her new adventure.
